AN ACT relating to auxiliary county police officers.
     Amend KRS 15.380 to exempt unpaid members of an auxiliary county police force from the mandatory provisions of Kentucky's Peace Officer Professional Standards program; amend KRS 95.955 to exempt unpaid members of an auxiliary county police force from Kentucky's mandatory law enforcement training provisions.
