AN ACT relating to the classification of cities.
Reclassify the City of Indian Hills, population 3,163, in Jefferson County, from a city of the fifth class to a city of the fourth class. Section 156 of the Kentucky Constitution, now repealed, but not yet superseded, requires a population of 3,000 to 8,000 for a city of the fourth class.
SB 113 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, S. Nunn) - Reclassify the City of Cave City, population 1,953, in Barren County, from a city of the fifth class to a city of the fourth class. Section 156 of the Kentucky Constitution, now repealed, but not yet superseded, requires a population of 3,000 to 7,999 for a city of the fourth class.
HFA (2/Title, S. Nunn) - Amend title to read as follows, "AN ACT relating to the classification of cities."
HFA (3, D. Sims) - Reclassify the City of Horse Cave, population 2,494, in Hart County, from a city of the fifth class to a city of the fourth class. Section 156 of the Kentucky Constitution, now repealed, but not yet superseded, requires a population of 3,000 to 7,999 for a city of the fourth class.
CCR - Agree to concur in HFA 1, HFA 2/TITLE, and HFA 3, to reclassify the cities of Indian Hills, Cave City and Horse Cave.
