AN ACT relating to property taxes.
     Amend KRS 133.220 to require sheriffs or other tax collectors to notify taxpayers in advance of all penalties, fees, and other charges that apply to delinquent property tax bills; require notice to be by certified mail; allow sheriff or collector to add cost of certified mail to taxpayer's bill.
