     AN ACT relating to volunteer fire department aid.
     Amend KRS 95A.262 to increase the annual allotment to qualifying volunteer fire departments from $7,500 to $8,000 until July 1, 2001, when the allotment shall be increased again to $8,250.

SB 130 - AMENDMENTS


     SFA (1, V. Moore) - Amend to provide that beginning on July 1, 2000, the commission shall allot to each qualifying department an amount greater than $8,250 if sufficient funds are available.
     HCA (1, J. Gray) - Amend Senate bill 130/GA to delete language allowing payments to qualified departments in excess of $8,250.
