AN ACT relating to Kentucky Community and Technical College System employees.
     Amend KRS 164.365 to prohibit employees of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, except one employed in a position of president, chancellor, vice president, academic dean, administrator, or in any position that sets policy or has the authority to hire, fire, or effectively recommend, from being terminated, disciplined, or otherwise penalized without just cause.
