AN ACT relating to criminal records checks.
Amend KRS 216.793 to allow the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide criminal records checks in certain circumstances.
SB 137 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions of the bill; create a new section of KRS Chapter 27A to permit the Justice Cabinet to contract with the Administrative Office of the Courts to conduct criminal records checks; establish procedures for the Administrative Office of the Courts to follow in conducting criminal records checks.
