SB 14/LM (BR 1212) - D. Seum, W. Blevins, E. Miller, R. Roeding, K. Stine, J. Westwood
AN ACT relating to regulating emissions from mobile sources of air pollutants.
Amend various sections of KRS Chapters 77 and 224 relating to air pollution, to limit local vehicle emission testing programs to controlling only mobile sources regulated under the state program set out in KRS 224.20-710 to 224.20-765.
SB 14 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, D. Karem) - Create a new section of KRS Chapter 77 relating to air pollution control, to require that the operator of a vehicle shall not be required to relinquish control of the vehicle for purposes of a vehicle exhaust test.
