AN ACT relating to school district finances.
     Amend KRS 160.470 to provide that a special election shall be held following an order by a board of education of a local school district to levy a tax rate, except as provided in this section, KRS 157.440, or 157.621, that will produce 4% more revenue over the amount of revenue produced by the compensating rate; amend KRS 132.017. 157.440, 157.621, 160.473, 160.474, and 132.018 to conform; applies for tax rates levied after January 1, 2001.
