AN ACT relating to agreements involving the Department for Local Government.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 45A to allow the Department for Local Government to enter into multiyear contracts, memoranda of agreement, memoranda of understanding, grant agreements and other similar documents that exceed the biennium for projects funded only through federal grant money, while adding to those documents provisions for the General Assembly to discontinue funding of those projects in subsequent budgets.
