AN ACT relating to civil actions.
     Amend KRS 372.020 to permit someone who loses a gambling wager to sue to recover twice its value and court costs, including reasonable attorney's fees; amend KRS 372.040 to permit a third party to recover court costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, if that third party sues the winner of the gambling wager; repeal KRS 372.060, 372.070, 372.080, 372.090, 372.100, 372.110, 372.120, 372.130, 372.140, and 372.990.
