AN ACT relating to the duties of the secretary of the Cabinet for Workforce Development.
Amend KRS 151B.020 to grant the secretary of the Cabinet for Workforce Development the authority to require the coordination and nonduplication of services under the Federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998 across state agencies, and to grant the secretary the authority to mandate procedures for the resolution of fiscal responsibility disputes among state agencies providing those services.
