AN ACT relating to workers' compensation.
     Amend KRS 342.165 and KRS 342.610 to give an injured employee or his dependents a private cause of action against an employer, if the employer knowingly, intentionally, recklessly, maliciously, or wantonly violates safety standards; require any award or benefit recovered by the employee or his dependents as a result of bringing suit against the employer to be in addition to any award or benefit he would received under KRS Chapter 342, the workers' compensation act.
