AN ACT relating to marriage and family therapists.
     Amend KRS 202A.011 to extend the definition of "qualified mental health professional" to include a licensed marriage and family therapist; amend KRS 600.020 to extend definition of "qualified mental health professional" to include a licensed marriage and family therapist; amend KRE 506 to delete certified marriage and family therapist from definition of "counselor"; and amend KRE 507 to extend definition of "psychotherapist" to include certified marriage and family therapist.
