AN ACT relating to high school interscholastic athletics.
     Amend KRS 156.070 to permit a high school football team to compete at a classification higher than the classification set based on enrollment, under certain conditions; and require the Kentucky Board of Education or designated organization or agency to determine the classification of schools not wishing to change classifications without regard to the new classification of a school receiving a classification change.
