AN ACT relating to Purple Heart license plates.
     Amend KRS 186.044, relating to Purple Heart license plates, to reduce from $25 to $12 the initial state fee the Transportation Cabinet receives to issue the plate; allow qualified applicants to purchase two plates, delete the five year plate, have plates expire at the end of the applicants birth month; make effective January 1, 2001.
