SB 212 (BR 1902) - R. Roeding
AN ACT relating to senior citizens and child-care centers.
Amend KRS 194.245 to transfer ownership and operation of certain child care centers and senior citizens centers from the Cabinet for Families and Children to the city, county, or urban-county government in which the centers are located, effective August 1, 2000; and amend KRS 154.20-020 to conform.
