AN ACT relating to classified employees of a school district.
Amend KRS 161.011 to provide that classified employees of school districts have the right to legal counsel when they are notified that they may be subject to disciplinary proceedings; require local school boards to include notification of the right to legal counsel in written policies regarding classified employees.
