AN ACT relating to sales of alcoholic beverages.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 244 allowing manufacturers and importers to advertise and promote distilled spirits and wine by use of rebate coupons, and prohibit use of rebate coupons on malt beverages; amend KRS 243.120 to eliminate requirement that a licensee transport alcoholic beverages only by a vehicle owned personally; amend KRS 244.260 to eliminate the requirement that wholesalers sell distilled spirits and wine in cases of containers of uniform size; amend KRS 244.280 to eliminate the prohibition that deliveries shall not be made by holders of special agent's or solicitor's licenses.

SFA (1, M. Long) - Attach KRS 243.220 to permit a license to be issued if the applicant for the license has possession of the premises under a permit for a term of not less than the license period.
