SB 225 (BR 1933) - G. Neal, D. Williams

     AN ACT relating to opportunity zone development.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 154 to create the Kentucky Economic Opportunity Zone Act including: General Assembly findings, definitions, qualified zone area, requirements of eligible companies, approval procedure, financing agreements, inducements, and wage subsidies for Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program recipients; create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to conform with income tax credit inducements; amend KRS 141.310 and KRS 141.350 to conform.
