AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Amend KRS 136.392 to include surplus lines brokers in insurers required to collect a premium surcharge; exempt from the surcharge premiums collected on certain insurance policies, including health and accident, workers' compensation, reinsurance, and crop and flood insurance, and premiums collected from certain organizations, including the United States Government, state and local governments, and resident nonprofit institutions.
