AN ACT relating to adoption subsidy.
     Amend KRS 199.555 to include continuation of adoption subsidy to children ages 18 to 21 enrolled in federal, state, or other accredited, educational programs; clarify that payments are not required for child under the age of eighteen when parents are no longer legally responsible for the child.
