SB 254/FN/LM (BR 1766) - K. Stine, R. Roeding, J. Westwood
AN ACT relating to vehicle emissions.
Amend KRS 224.20-720, relating to vehicle emission control, to direct that vehicles with state or official registrations be tested under a vehicle emissions testing program at the same frequency as privately owned registered vehicles.
SB 254 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, J. Turner) - Add a new Section 2 to amend KRS 189.515 to permit the operation of all-terrain vehicles on two-lane public highways; establish conditions relating to the driver and vehicle when being operated on a public highway.
HFA (2/Title, J. Turner) - Amend the title to read as follows: "AN ACT relating to vehicles."
HFA (3, M. Marzian) - Amend various sections of KRS Chapters 77 and 224 relating to air pollution, to limit local vehicle emission testing programs; prohibit testing motorcycles.
