AN ACT relating to the Collaborative Center for Literacy Development and making an appropriation therefor.
     Amend KRS 154A.130 to increase funding from net lottery revenues for the Collaborative Center for Literacy Development from $1,200,000 to $1,500,000 and increase funding for the early reading incentive fund from $1,800,000 to $4,500,000 beginning fiscal year 2000-2001.
