AN ACT relating to volunteer firefighters' continuing education.
     Create a new section of KRS 75.400 to 75.460 to allow volunteer firefighters to apply actual field time spent fighting fires toward continuing education or training requirements imposed upon them to maintain certification under KRS 75.400 to 75.460 and for continued eligibility for volunteer fire department funding under KRS 95A.262.
