AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Amend KRS 532.031 relating to hate crimes to add KRS 508.030 relating to assault in the fourth degree as a crime eligible for hate crime protection.
SB 28 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, H. Anderson) - Amend to create new section of KRS Chapter 508 to prohibit unlawfully installing or maintaining a two-way mirror or other viewing device in fitting rooms, restrooms, hotels, motels or inns; prohibit unlawfully installing a video recording device in fitting rooms, restrooms, hotels, motels, or inns; exempt prison facilities, medical facilities, law enforcement facilities, private dwellings, and fitting rooms with proper notice; allow for injunctive relief against violators; punish unlawfulling installing two-way mirror or other viewing device and unlawfully installing a video recording device as a Class D felony.
