AN ACT relating to the transfer of real estate owned by the Commonwealth or a political subdivisions thereof.
Amend KRS 45A.045 to require certification by a potential transferee of Commonwealth real estate that the transferee is not involved in a labor dispute; create a new section of KRS Chapter 45A to prohibit the transfer of an interest in real estate owned by the Commonwealth or a political subdivision, including a lease, to a buyer or transferee if the buyer or transferee is involved in a labor dispute; amend KRS 67.080 to require counties to comply.
