AN ACT relating to the duties of the board of trustees of pension systems in cities of the second class.
     Amend KRS 95.871 relating to the duties of pension board members in cities of the second class to allow for selection of an impartial arbitrator to settle matters on which the board has become deadlocked and require decisions of the arbitrator to be binding on all parties.
