AN ACT relating to hazardous duty retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.592 to include Department of Juvenile Justice staff with routine face-to-face contact with committed youth in the hazardous duty retirement program; create a new section of KRS 15A.210 to 15A.240 to require funding for the benefit.
