AN ACT relating to fertilizer and pesticide use and application.
     Amend and create various sections of KRS Chapter 217B to more clearly explain the licensing requirements for the application, storage, and use of agricultural fertilizer and pesticides; identify the responsibilities of those who apply, store, or use agricultural fertilizer and pesticides; create and increase fees for registering or obtaining a license to apply, store, or use agricultural fertilizer and pesticides; provide a fee for registering equipment used for applying pesticides; make technical corrections.
