AN ACT relating to county ordinances.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 67, relating to county ordinances, to authorize counties to enforce their ordinances in the District Courts; specify options for noncompliance; allow misdemeanors to be established by ordinance; require county attorney to prosecute violations.
