AN ACT relating to Medicaid managed care, and making an appropriation therefor.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 205 to require Cabinet for Health Services to reimburse the development costs and expenses associated with the terminated plan for expansion of Medicaid managed care partnership into geographic regions of the Commonwealth; limit recovery of costs to $2,000,000 for each designated sole source provider for each region; appropriate to Department for Medicaid Services out of the general fund of the State Treasury the sum of $2,811,521 for fiscal year 2000-2001 to carry out the purposes of the Act.
