AN ACT relating to jurors.
Amend KRS 29A.100 to require that a person be excused from jury duty when that person requests to be excused and is the primary caregiver having active care and custody of a child under 6 years of age.
SB 32 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, E. Scorsone) - Add persons who are caregivers for an elderly or disabled family member as exempt from jury service, upon request to judge.
