AN ACT relating to the confinement of prisoners in county jails.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 441 to provide for the reimbursement of expenses incurred in housing prisoners in county jails.
SB 332 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, D. Williams) - Allow sentencing court, rather than county government, to order reimbursement.
SFA (2, D. Williams) - Require the sentencing court, rather than allow the county, to order reimbursement in accordance with the provisions of the bill.
