AN ACT relating to local government.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapters 75, 95, 67, and 67A to require those fire departments and fire department districts that contract with privately owned emergency medical service or fire protection service providers by ordinance to conduct two public hearings prior to the adoption of the ordinance.
