AN ACT relating to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning licensure.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 198B to allow qualified persons employed in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning at federal installations or by contract with the federal government to be licensed upon application prior to July 1, 2001; amend KRS 198B.658 to allow persons with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning experience gained while employed at federal installations or by contract with the federal government to use the experience toward licensing requirements; amend KRS 198B.662 to exclude persons qualified under the new section from the current requirement.
