AN ACT relating to utilities.
     Amend KRS 96.895 to provide for an 80%, 10%, 10% distribution formula for TVA moneys received in excess of the base amount of TVA money received for the 2000 calendar year; amend KRS 96.890 to authorize municipal utilities' participation through group purchasing programs with other public and private utilities for the purchase of wholesale electric power and energy.
