AN ACT relating to wages and hours.
Amend KRS 337.285 to exempt employers whose employees provide companionship services from the overtime pay provision.
SB 382 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, J. Rose) - Amend to specify that employees who provide companionship services be in a private residence.
SFA (2, J. Rose) - Amend KRS 337.010 to exempt from minimum wage and overtime laws, individuals engaged in providing companionship services who are employed by a third party employer or agency and who must be jointly employed by a family or household using the individual's services.
