SB 383/FN (BR 1090) - J. Rose, R. Roeding
AN ACT relating to copayments for Medicaid.
Amend KRS 205.6312 to a $3 copayment for doctor's visit, $10 copayment for nonemergency transportation in an ambulance, and $10 copayment for nonemergency use of an emergency room; require the Cabinet for Health Services to request federal waivers by no later than October 1, 2000, to implement these changes.
