AN ACT relating to the judicial branch.
     Amend KRS 24A.030, relating to Judicial Districts, to remove Cumberland and Monroe Counties from the Twenty-ninth Judicial District and to create a new Sixtieth Judicial District; amend KRS 24A.050, relating to Judicial Districts with two District Judges, to conform; provide for assignment of current judges.
