AN ACT relating to medical licensure.
Amend KRS 311.571 to require that the postgraduate residency requirements for medical licensure be the same for graduates of medical schools located within or outside of the United States or Canada.
SB 45 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, R. Roeding) - Require foreign medical school graduate to complete 2 years, rather than 1 year, of prescribed courses of postgraduate training approved by the Board of Medical Licensure.
