SB 47 (BR 912) - D. Adams, E. Worley, J. Pendleton

     AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 186.570 to provide for driver's license suspension or denial for any person under age 21 who violates any provision of KRS 244.085 relating to the purchase of alcoholic beverages; Create a new section of KRS Chapter 610 to allow disclosure to the Transportation Cabinet of the adjudication of a minor who violates the provisions of KRS 244.085.

SB 47 - AMENDMENTS


     SFA (1, J. Pendleton) - Amend bill to apply provisions to crimes relating to minors and tobacco.
     SFA (2, J. Pendleton) - Add a new paragraph (k) to subsection (1) of Section 1 to provide for a driver's license of a minor to be denied or suspended if convicted of violating KRS 438.311, relating to the unlawful purchase of tobacco; provide for the court to expunge record of the license denial or suspension on the date of the minor's eighteenth birthday; make technical correction.
     SFA (3/Title, J. Pendleton) - Make title amendment.
     SFA (4, J. Pendleton) - Add a new subsection (8) to Section 1 to provide for a driver's license of a minor to be denied or suspended for 6 months if convicted of violating KRS 438.311, relating to the unlawful purchase of tobacco; provide for the court to expunge record of the license denial or suspension on the date of the minor's eighteenth birthday.
     SFA (5, D. Adams) - Make technical correction.
