AN ACT relating to education finance.
Establish a scholarship program to provide eligible students the opportunity to attend an accredited osteopathic school of medine in the Commonwealth; amend KRS 164.7891 to provide means of determining the amount of scholarship moneys awarded to students for attending osteopathic schools of medicine in the Commonwealth; require one year of qualified service for each year a scholarship is awarded.
