AN ACT relating to boiler and pressure vessel safety.
Amend KRS 236.060 to exempt antique and hobby boiler operated tractors from inspection requirements if the boiler uses a fifty (50) pounds per square inch or less gauge.
SB 57 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete provision exempting antique and hobby boiler-operated tractors with a fifty pounds per square inch or less gauge from inspection requirements, and insert language exempting these tractors from inspection fees.
