AN ACT relating to the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 2 to establish a pledge of allegiance to the flag of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
SB 68 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Alter language of pledge slightly to make for easier recitation.
HFA (1, R. Cox) - Add and amend KRS 158.195 to require the posting of the preamble of the Kentucky Constitution in public school buildings.
HFA (2/Title, R. Cox) - Make title amendment.
