AN ACT relating to a special license plate to benefit Ducks Unlimited.
Create a new section of KRS 186.186 to 186.1868, regarding special license plates, to establish a Ducks Unlimited license plate, set forth design characteristics, establish additional fees of $10 for initial plate and $10 for renewal, and direct additional fees to benefit Ducks Unlimited.

SFA (2, R. Leeper) - Amend Section 1 to mandate that special license fees transferred to Ducks Unlimited shall be used for programs in Kentucky.
