AN ACT relating to the elementary school curriculum.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 158 to make legislative findings and to require the Kentucky Board of Education to establish a grant program that promotes the integration of the arts and foreign languages in the elementary school program; require a grant be given to at least 1 school per district; create various components that must be included in each school's program; require the Department of Education to report annually on the implementation of the program to the Governor and Legislative Research Commission.
