AN ACT relating to sales and use taxes.
Amend KRS 139.472 to exempt wheelchair repair and replacement parts and urostomy supplies from state sales and use taxes.

HFA (1, J. Callahan) - Amend KRS 139.050 to exclude from gross receipts access charges, access revenues, and similar telecommunications charges.
