AN ACT relating to the airport zoning commission.
Amend KRS 183.861, relating to the airport zoning commission, to expand their jurisdiction from publicly owned airports to include military and public use airports, heliports, and sea plane bases; amend KRS 183.865 and 183.867 to conform.
