AN ACT relating to adult day health care programs.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to define "adult day health care program"; require promulgation of administrative regulations to establish requirements for licensure; prohibit the operation of an adult day health care program without a license; establish appeal procedures for actions by the cabinet to deny, revoke, suspend, or modify a license; and permit adult day health care programs to provide home health services for individuals they have served within the previous sixty (60) days.
