Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a twenty-five member task force to study methods to promote and enhance the provision of quality care in long-term care facilities and the quality of in-home and community-based services; and require a final report submission by September 1, 2001, to the Legislative Research Commission and to the Governor.
SCR 39 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions except require findings and recommendations by September 1, 2001 rather than September 1, 2002.
SFA (1, J. Rose) - Increase membership of Task Force from 25 to 26 members by adding a representative of the Kentucky Adult Day Association.
HFA (1, R. Damron) - Retain original provisions; amend to increase the membership of the task force on quality long-term care to twenty-seven (27) members by adding a representative from an area development district.
